This blog is based on the book I read for class titled, "The Wright Brothers". The purpose of this blog was to create an entry about how entrepreneurship correlates with what we learned about the Wright Brothers throughout our reading. This blog is based on the Design Thinking Process that we learned about in class and through reading articles. The purpose of this blog was to create an entry about the design thinking process and how I can apply it to my dog walking and sitting company. Infographic

This infographic is based on the dog walking and sitting business that I started called "Dog's Life". The purpose of the infographic was to advertise to a potential customer through the use of little words and many statistics or pictures. I had never even heard of an infographic until we learned about them in class. They are definitely important in a business because it attracts customers and doesn't take them a long time to read. This was one of the most creative creations. To the LEFT is the infographic that I produced!!!

Promotional Video

This promotional video is also based on the dog walking and sitting business that I have started throughout the semester. The video is intended to promote my dog walking and sitting services and act as a commercial type advertisement for potential customers looking for these services. This was my first time making a video, but this creation was the most fun for me (other than making this website). I used iMovie to complete this video, mainly because this application is very simple to use. CLICK the black play button to watch the promotional video!!!

Chatbot

As well as the previous two creations, this chatbot is based on my dog walking and sitting business. The purpose of creating this chatbot is to allow one-on-one interaction between me and the potential customer without actually messaging them. Chatbots are a great tool because it is a robot that can give answers to customers that a trying to book a service or need information about a service. This was my first chatbot, but it is just made of a bunch of simple paths. CLICK the message button to use this chatbot!!!

3D Print Product​
​
This is a 3D print that I made in the Campbell University Maker-space located in the engineering building. This creation is a phone holder and I use it very often to watch TV, sports, or videos. I was actually thinking about buying one, but thankfully this allowed me to make one at no additional cost. Knowing how to 3D print may not be totally necessary, even though it is very interesting to see how your idea turns out after printing. To the LEFT is a picture of my 3D printed phone holder!!!
